Other than a photo-journalistic spree around the modern ruins of Baton Rouge this past weekend (that will stir your soul to its very core and will appear post by post on my other blog), I took four photos this week, all of the dogs. Here's the best one.
Addie is officially a bad dog. But we love her anyway when she's sleepy. The rest of the time she can bugger off. (And she does.)
I've been posting for a new holiday blog from AOL that launched this week, Holidash, so you should check that out. I'm also trying to finish the year on strong note with other writing ventures.
You'll find yet another new Abandoned Baton Rouge post here, wherein my co-explorer and I visit the abandoned Broadmoor Theatre. It is located near a very good Vietnamese joint, not to mention the picturesque but as-yet unsampled Mary Lee Donuts, whose parking lot and back yard is home to various unidentified fellows and large barking hounds.

Try the Mary Lee Donughts, I prefer them much more than Krispy Kreme.

Wow Addie is beautiful! Did she get a lot bigger? Can you send me more pictures of them?
Is Cooper more accepting of Addie now or is he still depressed?

Jules, she did get a little bigger. Coop's not depressed about her as he is a happy jocko, they get along well, though he's sometimes annoyed by her.
As are we all.

1. Mary Lee donuts are the shiz!
2. The Broadmoor Theater struck me as vaguely porny even when it was open, but it's even more so now. We used to go thrifting over there and hit digusting Pancho's afterward. I miss raising the flag for more soapapillas.
